We’re back with the next instalment of our Find My Shape series. In today’s post, we’re talking about oval faces and what makes this one so special.

Considered the most desired and “ideal” face shape, oval faces are championed the world over thanks to its versatility.  You may notice that the width of oval faces gradually reduces from the forehead down to the jawline, creating an aesthetically pleasing overall shape. Don’t know your shape? You can find out quickly below.

How to find your oval shape

We’ll start with the basics. To find your face shape, take a photo of yourself facing the camera. Trace the outline the edge of your face to see the shape. If you don’t have a camera, simply trace the outline of your face with an erasable pen (or anything that can easily be wiped off).

Oval faces are well balanced and perfectly proportioned. This face shape is longer than it is wide. The chin and forehead are rounded and have a slightly narrow width, with the cheeks being the widest part of the face.
